The following offender was dealt with at the Court Centre in Laneham Street, Scunthorpe, with North Lincolnshire magistrates hearing the matter and passing sentence:
JOAO PAULO MENDES COSTA, 43, of Berkeley Street, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen or specimens of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 14 months, fined £250, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £25 and costs of £85.
