POLICE are currently carrying out a pre-planned operation in Scunthorpe.There is a large police presence in the Frodingham Road area of the town and an eyewitness said they were on Fox Street, Elizabeth Street and Smith Street.A spokeswoman for Humberside Police said: "We are out and about on a pre-planned operation."The eyewitness said riot vans and ambulances are out.More to follow.
